03/09/2017Mr. Benham and his team did a very good job completing my roofing job when promised. He also followed up after the job was complete to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction (which it was), and this is something you don’t often see these days. In addition, the inspector here in Schertz (TX) mentioned they did a very nice job. I referred them to my neighbor and they were also very pleased with their work. Well done!—————————–

After many months of searching for a roofing co. to come check out my roof (they were all busy following the hail storm), Eastwood was recommended The next day after my call to them Charles came by. He checked my roof and said I needed a new one. He and Scott made the whole process flow smoothly and within a few weeks I had a new roof. The guys who did the install were great They were all very polite and you could tell they had been working together for a while as they worked very efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and I didn’t find one nail left behind. Scott and Charles are all around nice guys and great to work with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. ————————————————————————————

Scott and his crew did an excellent job on our roof. From the very beginning, Scott went over all aspects of the job and helped us get the right information to our insurance company. He also took time to meet the adjuster here at our house to ensure his findings matched up with theirs. He coordinated the removal of our solar panels with a local company as well. The crews worked quickly and finished our big, steep roof in less than two days. They cleaned up really well and they were kind to our family. I’d recommend Scott to anyone who needs a quality roof! ————————————————

We had a long overdue need for a new roof, to the point where every rainstorm had us checking for new leaks springing through our ceiling. After getting multiple bids, we decided on Eastwood Exteriors, because they had the best bid and came recommended by friends. On the scheduled appointment, the work was completed in one day. But the best aspect of the experience was working with Scott. He was very helpful and talkative, going over the process in detail and carefully answering every question we had. He was prompt in his responses and immensely communicative, which greatly helped our anxiety. Not only that, but when we had a concern a few months after the process was finished, he came to our house and checked on it. Even though it turned out to be primarily a cosmetic issue, he’s currently working on addressing it. Thanks to Eastwood Exteriors and Scott, the heavy downpours in Austin don’t cause us to worry about our roof, which is an immense relief. —————————————

Scott from Eastwood Exteriors was extremely helpful when my roof started leaking in the middle of a storm. He found a way to make it out to my property despite having a busy schedule and patched up the leaks quickly. Fortunately he was able to close up the leaks before the next round of rain and prevented damage to the interior of the house. Very prompt and courteous service, and very affordable. ————

I had some hail and rot damage. Charles a sales rep for the company the was working another roofing job in my area so I ask if he would inspect my roof. He when up took pictures and we sat and talked about it. He said there was definite hail damage and a little more rot than I noticed. He said If I wanted he would walk me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company. After the approval I was only responsible for my deduction which is what you’re required to pay according to the INS company and two 4×8 sheets of plywood used to repair some rot, they threw in the 2×4’s needed to fix issues that were caused by the original builder to bring those areas up to code. They didn’t ask for any up front money. They also gave me a upgrade on the shingles which is rated for 110mph wind and has a 30yr warranty. I have a 3000 sq. ft. 2 story house and with a team of 8 men they were finished in 1 day and their clean up was so good you couldn’t tell they were there. ——————————————————————

Solid small roofing company. Excellent customer service and communication during all phases of the project. Well versed at working with insurance companies. Excellent product including high quality materials and insistence on proper installation of materials. Ethical billing process. Good follow-up after the job was done. Great job!
